Terms of Service

NestDays is a baby-tracking app for feeding, sleep, diapers, growth and related notes, with optional family sharing. Core features are free. An optional subscription only removes ads and supports development; it does not unlock features.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for any baby or child data you record.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You may invite caregivers to share data; you are responsible for whom you invite.

Optional subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are governed by their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage or cancel them in your store account. As an EU consumer you may have a statutory right of withdrawal; note that for digital content you may lose this right once performance begins with your consent. Refunds are handled by the relevant app store.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: breaking the law; infringing others' rights; attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours; reverse-engineering, disrupting or overloading the Service; or uploading malicious or unlawful content.

You retain ownership of the data and content you enter. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and sync it solely to provide the Service. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos and the "NestDays" name, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our permission.

NestDays is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. It is a tracking and organisation tool only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about your child's health, and call emergency services in an emergency.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or loss of data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to comply with the law. On termination, your licence to use the Service ends.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING_LAW], without affecting the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence. EU consumers can access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
